Amenities
Tiki offers a number of amenities to its 55 and over residents to make their community living more enjoyable. The Tiki clubhouse is located on a lagoon with a picturesque view of its own naturally preserved island and entrance to the Dora Canal. The clubhouse is used for meetings, breakfasts, dinners and a number of other recreational activities. Also, adjacent to the clubhouse is a picnic pavilion that is available for use by the residents. Residents enjoy the use of two marinas, a boat ramp, and boater access to a chain of lakes in Central Florida through the Dora Canal for those who enjoy boating and fishing. In addition, residents are involved in shuffleboard competitions, card parties, and various other events, including an Annual Flea Market, as well as other special group gatherings. A card room and two laundry rooms are conveniently located in the Park for the tenants use. All these amenities contribute to a relaxed retirement living lifestyle for its residents.
