The Park Manager serves as the operations manager for the Park overlooking its daily activities and ensuring all residents live in a safe environment. Also, the manager's staff are responsible for the daily maintenance of the grounds and equipment, as well as supervising all the renovations and improvements that are being made to the Park on a regular basis.

Office Administrator. Dianne is engaged in tenant relations and looks after the daily administrative functions of the Park. Dianne acts as the receptionist, office manager, collects rent, and provides bookkeeping services, among her many duties. Dianne has resided in Tiki for the past two years and her warm and pleasant disposition is a great asset to the Park and is well thought of by all Tiki residents.
